A new version (2010.7) of Planigle is now available. It includes the following changes:
- (Premium) Iteration burn down charts are now available in two flavors: burn down by task and burn down by story. Task burn down gives good granularity into how you're progressing towards your iteration goals. But, in the end, it is not progress that is important, but rather accomplishing your goals. Thus, the addition of burn down by story. You can now view how you're doing at completing your stories within the iteration. Teams just starting agile will probably focus more on task burn down. As you progress in your agility, story burn down might be a better fit.
Note: Burn down charts rely on historical information. Story burn down data is being captured starting with this release. Therefore, it is not available prior to this release.
